Our Facilities

The Pauline Quirke Full-Time Academy is based at PQA Studios London. PQA Studios is situated in the heart of London’s vibrant Islington, only a 5-minute walk from King’s Cross St. Pancras Underground and Rail Station. Perfectly set within a stone's throw of the West-End, students are never too far from the hustle and bustle of the theatre district.

PQA Studios London is a dedicated performing arts centre comprising of four high-spec rehearsal studios and an in-house Studio Theatre. Our facilities cater for auditions, workshops, lessons, and projects during the  two-year diploma.

Light and airy air-conditioned rooms provide high-quality rehearsal space, with full AV equipment and green screen facilities helping to facilitate an array of masterclasses from Film & Television to Radio Acting.

Fully equipt kitchen facilities and breakout area provide the perfect space for students to unwind in between classes, with charging docks and speakers aiding those vocal rehearsals!

Joining a new school can be a daunting prospect. Our core faculty works collaboratively with our students to ensure a personal training experience that is tailored to your individual needs both vocationally and pastorally, providing you with full support in achieving your goals.

When enrolling with us, all students receive regular pastoral tutorials and can approach their tutor at any time if they wish to discuss any concerns. All our staff are fully trained and qualified to provide support at all times.

As part of our pastoral care at The Full-time Academy, students will receive 1-1 time with our Student Mentor Holly. Holly Miles is an experienced coach, certified NLP practitioner, and a fully qualified nutritional therapist and is available for confidential appointments once a month for any students who would like this. During induction week, students participate in a group workshop delivered by Holly, where they receive information and practical tips on how to support their physical and emotional well-being throughout the course, and beyond. This includes both dietary education and coaching strategies. We find this hugely beneficial to young people coping with the demands of intensive performing arts training.

Support with finding accommodation is also provided for those students moving away from home; with full information and guidance provided upon acceptance.
